For example, our Cotton Flame Retardant Fabric is laboratory-verified to have shrinkage below 3% warp and 2% weft, and color fastness of Grade 4–5 under ISO washing and rubbing standards. For rainy or slippery work environments, our Waterproof & Breathable Fabric range delivers hydrostatic heads from 5,000 mm to 30,000 mm with breathability up to 18,000 g/m²/24h. We also supply high-tenacity Oxford Fabric for gear bags, work jackets, and outer shells. Workwear garments are washed more aggressively than consumer apparel. Industrial laundry cycles involve high temperatures, strong detergents, and mechanical agitation. This is why we specify wash durability for every product we supply. Our Antimicrobial Polyester Fabric, for example, maintains an antibacterial rate of ≥99% against E. coli, S. aureus, and C. albicans after 50 industrial wash cycles (AATCC 61 verified).

Healthcare Uniform Fabric holds Grade 4–5 color fastness even after 50 launder cycles and can be finished with wrinkle-resistant or anti-static properties. Compare that with standard polyester that begins fading and pilling after 20 washes.
